An MEV improves indoor air quality and prevents damp and mould issues.  It is a centralised unit, conveniently located in the loft space with ducts running to all wet/humid rooms, such as bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and ensuites.  The unit extracts the stale/moist air into the atmosphere.  Trickle vents are required on windows to ensure this system runs effectively.  These units are ideal for new build properties or full house renovations due to the large amount of ducting required for the system to operate.
