Firstly we can install, test and certify all ventilation systems in residential properties. We can also test and certify domestic installations by others. Following an installation, whether it be a fan or a mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) unit for example, we are able to test the flow rates to ensure that they comply with Building Regulations Part F 2021 edition;

If the installation doesn’t meet regulations we will advise why and suggest solutions.  Once these are undertaken we can return to re-test and then issue certification once regulations have been met.
