A whole house ventilation system draws out the moist air from all wet rooms, retains the heat, stores it in a heat cell and mixes it with fresh filtered air from outside and then delivers it back into living spaces, such as living/dining rooms and bedrooms, via supply ducts. These units are ideal for new build properties or full house renovations due to the large amount of ducting required for the system to operate.

Primarily we are able to offer a ballpark figure on the cost of an MVHR. However, for a detailed estimation and consideration for us to carry out the work we require;

• Full architectural plans, in PDF and DWG formats.
• We only install MVHR systems using a ventilation design created by our approved designers; who are a very competent and experienced design consultancy.
• Make of ventilation system to be specified prior to the ventilation design being produced, Zehnder is our recommendation.
• We only commission ventilation systems that have been installed by us.
• Electrical and plumbing work to be carried out by others.
