InHouse Developments

We set up our InHouse Development company in 2009 and in 2023 we decided to amalgamate it with York Ventilation Service. We still undertake InHouse Developments work and are able to satisfy every aspect of improvement within a home. We are able to project manage every job from start to finish and always ensure that the end product is of a very high standard.

Peter is a fully qualified electrician and is NAPIT and Part P registered. We offer a variety of electrical services, varying from a simple socket installation to a full re-wire.

We also have extensive knowledge of all aspects of plumbing, kitchen and bathroom installations, joinery and tiling.

We have project managed numerous developments for customers, ensuring their vision is achieved. We work closely with all our customers to ensure complete satisfaction. We are often praised on cleanliness, quality workmanship and professionalism.
