Mould is a type of fungi that grows in your home and a major contribution to its growth is poor ventilation.  It reproduces by producing tiny spores that float through the air and settle on surfaces.  It can grow on surfaces like walls, ceilings, carpets, wood and paper.  It thrives in environments with moisture.  Mould growth indoors can lead to health issues such as allergic reactions, respiratory problems, or aggravate conditions for those with asthma or allergies.

There are many tips online to remove mould, however, the majority of these suggestions are only temporary and, unless the environment changes, the mould will return.

We have special mould eradication kits to treat the problematic area.  We treat the area to remove the mould and provide a paint additive that is mixed with the wall or ceiling paint to assist in prevention of the mould returning.  Alongside this treatment the internal environment will need to change, which is where one of our ventilation systems will also help.
